AIM has a diverse mix of members from the smallest to the largest museums in the UK, but linking them all is an independent spirit. AIM membership is open to any museum or heritage site – you don’t have to be independently run to join us! We also have many members that are private businesses or freelance consultants who join us as supplier members.
We are delighted to now offer secure online payments for either the purchase of AIM membership or for the renewal of an existing AIM membership.

Support for museums and heritage sites
We offer support through grants for museums and heritage sites, member discounts for our National Conference, information and sector updates via our AIM Bulletin and E-News, telephone support for members and by advocating on behalf of the independent sector – and much more.
