Trustee vacancies – Museum of Cambridge

The Museum of Cambridge is recruiting for Trustees and seeks expertise in several fields including:

• Treasurer and financial management
• Business development and fundraising
• HR
• Collections management and interpretation
• Audience development, marketing and communications
• Historic buildings/conservation
• Retail

We are looking for Trustees who are willing to be actively involved in the Museum’s development. The role of Trustee is voluntary and non-executive, providing a rewarding opportunity to use your expertise and experience to support and help shape our future.

Number of meetings per annum/time commitment: The Trust Board normally meet a minimum of six times per year to set and review our strategic and business objectives, although currently we meet monthly via Zoom. Trustees also engage with sub-groups providing support and advice in their areas of expertise.

Daytime or evening meetings: Evening
