Job vacancy – Project Officer at Elgin Museum
Job title: Project Officer: New Approaches for Teens and Tweens
Location: Elgin Museum, 1 High Street, Elgin, Moray, IV30 1EQ, Scotland.
Term: 0.6 FTE Fixed term, to end December 2021
Salary: £25,500 FTE

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to take forward an innovative and exciting project funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and The Robertson Trust to increase the interest and participation of young people in the heritage of the Moray area making use of the resources of Elgin Museum. The appointee will be able to work independently and to liaise successfully with other organisations and the staff and volunteers of the Museum. Candidates should be educated to degree level or equivalent with proven experience in museum and educational settings, and with the skills to develop and expand the Museum’s digital potential and social media.
