Hallmarks at Home – Understanding your audience

THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED.

Museums rely and thrive on visitors; but how do we engage with them in this new climate ? Who is our audience now, how can we connect and capture insights, what do they want and need ? The situation calls for museums to be resilient, adaptive and find new ways of working. However, we still need to follow a process – planning, listening and connecting with people, analysing this, acting upon it and then reviewing again.

Join our online discussion forum with Emma Parsons to talk through the issues. Emma is a freelance Arts and Heritage Consultant who aims to put audiences at the heart of planning. She wrote the new AIM Success Guide – Understanding Your Audiences – and will lead a discussion around how to best address this in our current situation.

Please note, as places are limited, this event is for museum members of AIM and there is only one booking per organisation. If you’re not able to make the session, please do let AIM know so we can allocate your place to someone else.
