Hallmarks at Home – Marketing planning in times of change


This session will help you with your strategic marketing planning for 2021, after a turbulent and unpredictable year.

It will take you through a series of marketing models and tools to structure your marketing thinking and approaches.

It’s a chance to pause and refocus on our core mission and purpose, and to reflect on how 2020 has impacted our marketing, and how our marketing can evolve in 2021.

The session will provide a framework if you wish to go on to develop a marketing plan, and will include practical tips and examples as inspiration.

The session will be led by Christina Lister, marketing and audience development consultant and author of AIM’s recently published Success Guide ‘Successful Marketing for Museums’.

We will get in touch a few days before the session to get some information about your situations and whether there is anything in particular you want to discuss.
