Hallmarks at Home – Marketing and communications as we open up

Exclusively for AIM member museums, 10 places available.

This discussion forum will explore the crucial role that marketing and communication will have in reassuring, enticing and welcoming our audiences when museums reopen our doors and in the months afterwards.

How have our products and offerings changed? Can we adapt our existing marketing plans and activities, or do we need to rethink our approach and processes? What do we need to communicate to our audiences and how? What should we prioritise when time and budgets are tight?

The forum will be an opportunity to share and explore your ideas, concerns and questions with other participants.

The session will be led by Christina Lister, marketing and audience development consultant and author of AIM’s recently published Success Guide ‘Successful Marketing for Museums’.

Please note, as places are limited, this event is for museum members of AIM and there is only one booking per organisation. If you’re not able to make the session, please do let AIM know so we can allocate your place to someone else.

Register your place via Zoom.
