Many are being asked to step outside the normal routine of processing and month end close, to helping develop new business models and add value by guiding museums and galleries around more strategic issues. This may include fundraising and trading.

This webinar will start with a map of the finance function and then develop several ways in which the finance function can support growth and support the world after Coronavirus: including trading, developing predictable income streams and better costing practice. Tax implications will also be explored.
