Visitor Services Supervisor – The Royal Albert Memorial Museum
We are looking for an experienced Visitor Services Supervisor with outstanding administrative skills to lead the VS team and take responsibility for the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the Museum Services and Buildings. You will manage and inspire our diverse team of Visitor Services staff and volunteers, ensure the security requirements of the service are met and work closely with the Operational Services Lead.
A visit to RAMM should consistently surprise and delight our visitors and every interaction with the Visitor Services Team should exceed their expectations! Head Of Engagement And Curation – National Coal Mining Museum
We are looking for an innovative, passionate and energetic person to lead the Curatorial team. Reporting to the Engagement/Mine Director, this person will be responsible for directing the work of the Curatorial Department holding responsibility for the collections, learning and library services.
The post holder will be responsible for the formulation of the strategic development of the department and will contribute to the policy framework and long-term development of the organisation as a whole.
