The 2011 Conference aimed to bring inspiration, innovation and practical ideas to help your museum thrive in a difficult economic climate.

The 2011 conference was a wonderful event with keynote speeches from Paul Barnes- DCMS, a short film from Ed Vaizey - Minister for Culture and Michael Day of Historic Royal Palaces along with case studies on how museums are developing their income streams, workshop sessions on topics from donation boxes to websites.
