Question 2 Volunteers

Hello again, What part do volunteers play in your museums? brief answers are fine.
e.g front of house, archiving, researching, guiding.
Do you use student volunteers with particular talents, ie tourism students, museum studies, conservation? or others that may be studying the subject that your museum covers?
Would you be interested in student volunteers with specific knowledge participating in specific projects?
